How is this different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?+

Those are databases. DealStringer is a brief. Apollo gives you 50 contacts a day with no reason to call any of them. DealStringer sends three to seven verified stories every morning, each one with a real trigger and a written-up reason why this week. We do not compete with databases we use them to assemble the daily file.

What happens to my data?+

Your brief (territory, vertical, signals, exclusions) is yours. We never resell it. We never use it to enrich anyone else's file. Cancel and we delete it within 30 days.

What if a story I get is wrong?+

Mark it up. Reply to the File. Your stringer learns. After about 50 marked-up stories, the file is meaningfully sharper for your beat specifically. The Kill Log is the same mechanic running in reverse: the stories your stringer killed before they ever shipped.

What is RFP Starter?+

The first 20% of an RFP response, automated. Your reps walk into the work with the outline written, the executive summary drafted, the requirements mapped to your capabilities, and a list of clarifying questions for the issuing organization. Pricing, technical specs, references, and the final response are still yours to build. RFP Starter is included on Team Desk Pro (3 per month) and Enterprise (unlimited).

What is a "stringer"?+

A freelance newsroom correspondent who lives in a remote outpost and files a daily brief to the home office. The technology made the role disappear from newsrooms in the 1990s. DealStringer brings it back, applied to sales territories.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. One click in your Stripe portal. No retention call. No "are you sure" form. Loyalty is the brand.

How do I onboard a team?+

The manager fills out The Brief once (5 minutes, 5 chapters). Reps are added by email. The first File lands in the manager's inbox 24 hours later. Team Desk and Team Desk Pro buyers start with a 30-minute call with The Desk to walk through the brief together.

Do you do international?+

US first. Files are timed for the US East Coast morning (06:30 ET) at launch. Customers in Europe, Asia, and on the West Coast get the same File at the same wall-clock time. Per-customer local-time delivery ships in v2.
